Our full annual impact report for 2023-24 will be published this summer. You can read analysis of our activities for April-June 2024 below.
our 747 project
We marked The Hive’s seventh birthday with a programme to capture the in-depth stories of seven young people who’ve been attending since our doors first opened.
We’re marking our seventh anniversary by launching the storytelling initiative to help bring to life the true impact of our work since 8th April 2017, from the perspective that really matters: that of our young members.
The project is bringing together our media, podcasting, songwriting and music crews with young writers and storytellers keen to tell the stories of seven young members who say The Hive has been a part of their journey through young adulthood. Watch this space for their work being published!
metrics that matter
As a charity powered by young people, our emerging approach to measuring impact is informed by how young people themselves assess the impact of The Hive’s work for their lives.
As well as holding ourselves to account against our long-term strategic goals and targets, annual plan and our governance framework, we’re exploring how the outcomes that matter to young people will be at the heart of assessing our impact in future.
