Get Active
Hit the climbing wall, skatepark, gym, sports hall, boxing studio or our rooftop kick pitch. We offer different sports every session so you can try something new or find your favourites including golf, Kinball, rounders, cricket, rugby, volleyball, learn-to-climb programmes as well as more advanced qualifications on the wall and of course, football for everyone. You’ll also find a workout of the week, MMA and any number of games to challenge your coordination, nerve and skill!
Get Creative
Our art room is always a hive of activity where we draw, paint, model, sculpt, make, design and sew. If there’s something you want to try, we’ll have materials to inspire you. In our performing arts studio you’ll find drama games and choreography challenges. Over in media you can make your own films using our green screen, try your hand at photography or head to our podcasting studio and see if you can create the next big thing in audio. Our music room is the place if you want to learn to play an instrument, hit the karaoke, compose your own music or rehearse.
Get sorted
Take care of you with activities to support your health and wellbeing, readiness for work and living independently. Get a hair wash and cut in our salon, share self-care ideas, try a new nail colour or explore a different make up look. On some senior sessions, you’ll find NHS and sexual health drop-in clinics. Visit our training kitchen to pick up some new skills to cook a meal at home, create new recipes, have Come Dine With Me battles and look at great kitchen hacks for when you’re just starting to cook for yourself. Join a project to build your skills for work or even gain a qualification for your CV. And on every session, our wellbeing specialists are always around to listen and help – and our sensory space is available if you need to recharge.
Get social
Hang out and chat with your friends in our rec area – where there’s always loads to do and different corners where you can take a break.
Cafe Hive dishes up a range of hot and cold meals on all our main sessions, and our tuck shop opens for drinks and snacks.
